1. Each Instalment Site is Different No two homes or business premises are ever the same. From two storey to single storey to old to new, each home is different and therefore will come with its own set of requirements for the ultimate shade solution. This means that every window, patio, verandah, courtyard or alfresco entertaining area will vary considerably in design and size. Add to that their orientation in relation to rising or setting sun or prevailing winds and it’s easy to see that the solution for each situation can be quite different.
For example, if you have a north facing courtyard you may want maximum shade in summer, but little to no shade in winter so you can enjoy the warmth of the sun on cooler days. The answer here could be a retractable folding arm awning. On the other hand, if you have a window that is bombarded by sunlight that heats up an entire room all year round, a retractable window blind might be the way to go.
